No My friends it is not.
I recently was told by my doctor he was basically giving me a prescription to exercise. he said it is imperative that you do this. and as we all know we should take our prescriptions as prescribed.
For the past week and a half I have been doing a 20-30 min work out in my home gym. ( the old kid moved out and went to collage so we turned his room into a gym).
After the first week, I skipped a day because i was working in the yard and thought that was sufficient enough to cover my daily work out, so be it. I also skipped the next day. in the evening I felt my muscles starting to hurt and i got tired real quick.
This morning I woke up and kinda in another world, Not paying attention, skiddish, so I hit the gym or a 30 min work out. I tell you what getting my pulse up and sweating a little sure did a lot for how I felt and my mood. So back at it, every day like the sign says, this is a No Excuses Zone!
Enjoy your Presidents day and go do a workout!
PS, I have created a new category for my workouts, Nothing extreme I am a skinny little dude, but I will keep you posted on my progress
