Sleeper

1. Step to 11:00 with your left foot into a left Neutral Bow while doing a left Inward Block.
2. Bring your right arm up the body line and into side of attackers neck as you move into a left Close Kneel stance, checking attackers right leg with your right leg.
3. Move your right foot behind attackers right foot into a modified left Forward Bow, to sweep attackers right leg
4. Your left hand grabs onto your right wrist and squeezes to lock attackers neck in your arms ( Choke).
5. Step back to 4:30 with your left foot and torque your body to the left to take attacker down .
6. As attacker lands, drive your right knee into their ribs and do a right Vertical Thrust punch to attackers face.
