Defense against a left straight punch
- Step back to 4:30 with your left leg into a right Neutral Bow while doing right Inward Block at or above the elbow
- With left hand follow up body line and check attackers right arm with an inward perry
while doing do a right Back Knuckle to their floating ribs or groin.
- Shift to right forward bow while doing left heal palm to chin
- cut the circle doing a right chop to attackers neck
- Grab chin with right hand and push with left on attackers shoulder, twisting them, While doing a scoop kick with right leg.
- Don’t land kick but do a right kick to attackers knee and right chop to neck
- Cover Out
