Crossing Talons

Defense against a right wrist Grab

  • As attacker grabs, pull right hand straight back to your chest and counter grab wrist.
  • Shift into left nutral bow and execute left inward block at or above attackers elbow
  • Continue to push and pull attackers arm to your right forcing attacker to put his left hand down
  • Deliver a left side elbow strike  to attackers head
  • left claw out to attackers face
  • Circle left arm to deliver a left Elbow to attackers spine
  • right hammerfist and right knee to “sandwich” attackers head
  • Cover out
