  • stand straight up and hit attackers nose with your head
  • with right foot, kick attackers left knee, then right knee
  • scrap foot down leg from attackers right knee with your foot, then stomp on attackers ankle
  • with left foot, kick attackers right knee, then left knee
  • scrap foot down leg from attackers left knee with your foot, then stomp on attackers ankle
