  • Step back with your left foot into a right Neutral Bow while doing a right Downward Block to deflect the kick past you ..
  • Check attackers right arm – left thrusting heel palm  between the elbow and shoulder.
  • Shuffle forward while doing a right inward elbow to attackers face or ribs
  • Cover out
