Yellow Belt

Defense against two handed push

  1. Step back with your left foot into a right Neutral Bow while doing a right Inward Block Checking low kick with left hand.
  2. Do a right Side Kick to the top of attackers left knee, landing in a right neutral bow
  3. Left Ball Kick to chest, landing forward in a left Neutral Bow pushing attacker back
  4. Cover out
