Yellow Belt

Defense against a right step through overhead club strike

  1. Step to the side or slightly forward with your right root while doing a right inward parry
  2. Slide left foot into a left cat stance while doing a left outward extended block to attackers  club arm
  3. Left front snap kick kick to attackers groin
  4. Land left foot down in a left front twist stance
  5. Do a right snapping knife edge kick to attackers right knee landing in a right neutral bow
  6. do a right whipping Knuckle strike to your attackers temple
  7. Cover out
