Workouts! – Use Those Arms

Warm up

  • 30 side to side steps
  • 20 tow touches
  • 20 hugs
  • 20 knee circles (10 each direction)

The meat and potatoes

  • 30 jumping Jacks
  • 15 Squat pushes
  • 20 weight punches (3 lbs)
  • plank arm touches ( as many as you can do)
  • 20 double unders (jump ropes but double)
  • 15 Squat pushes
  • 20 weight punches (5 lbs)
  • Plank Walk (these kinda suck so do the plank touches if you don’t like them)
  • REPEAT 1X
  • 5 – 10 min elliptical ( sprinting at 5 -6 min and 9- 10 min)
