- 20 tow touches
- 20 hugs
- 20 knee circles (10 each direction)
The meat and potatoes
- 30 jumping Jacks
- 15 Squat pushes
- 20 weight punches (3 lbs)
- plank arm touches ( as many as you can do)
- 20 double unders (jump ropes but double)
- 15 Squat pushes
- 20 weight punches (5 lbs)
- Plank Walk (these kinda suck so do the plank touches if you don’t like them)
- REPEAT 1X
- 5 – 10 min elliptical ( sprinting at 5 -6 min and 9- 10 min)
